Wang Shiquan, male. Nationality: Han. Party member of the CPC. Birth date: January, 1955. Commissioner First Class.
He graduated from physics Department of Jilin University, in 1982, and got Bachelor of Science degree there.
He is a professor in the major of crime science technology, a supervisor of doctoral students, and enjoys Government Special Allowance.
Research direction: technical examination of questionable document.
In the teaching career, Wang Shiquan has delivered more than 40 academic papers on printing method test, a Xerox machine test, electric printing system test and calligraphy time identification. He has been awarded “First Prize of Academic Achievement”, “Second Prize of Academic Achievement” and “Second Prize of University Teaching Achievement Award” (Ministry of Public Security). His course “Print Document Test” won “National Excellent Course” in 2007, and his book (editor in chief) Print Document Test won “First Prize of Ministry Subordinate Universities Excellent Textbook” and “Provincial Excellent Textbook”. He was honored as “Shenyang Excellent Teacher” in 1993, awarded the honor of “Excellent Teacher among Ministry Subordinate Universities” in 1996 and 1999 respectively, and “Excellent Leader” in the 4th Shenyang “Four Respect Program” in 2005, and nominated as the Deputy of 14th People 's Conference in Shenyang.
From December, 1989 to December, 1990, he furthered his studies in Science Police Department in Florence Police Bureau, Italy.
From December 1990 to May 2002, he assumed from director of staff room, vice dean of crime science technology department, dean of crime science technology department, assistant of the president to vice president.
